Power Wire Resistors

We offer a wide range of UL-approved power resistors from 10 to 6000 W for applications like pre-charge resistor in a Li-Ion BMS (Battery Monitoring System) or braking resistor in gate drives. These wire resistors combine the high pulse stability of common resistor materials with optimised thermal conduction and a high degree of protection in braking, charge, discharge or heating applications.

Power Film Resistors

Thanks to their space-saving design, Metallux’ power resistors with thick-film technology permit a high-power density in a confined space. Features such as low inductance and the ability to deliver high resistance values open up new prospects in power electronics.
